Currently, CV Syafer is Indonesia's largest charcoal manufacturer, producing wood charcoal for industrial applications (such as ferrosilicon and ferroalloy industries) and barbecue use, as well as white charcoal to meet global demand. We export 370 containers 40 hc monthly.

Our monthly export capacity for wood charcoal is approximately 6,000-7,000 tons. We prioritize the use of rubberwood to support environmental sustainability, ensure a reliable supply chain, and comply with all relevant regulations and legal requirements, fostering long-term business relationships.

We have expanded our business to include the utilization of coconut fruit by producing coconut briquettes for shisha and exporting coconut shell charcoal globally.

We operate five wood charcoal warehouses across Indonesia, with one located in Lampung City and four in Palembang City. Additionally, we run two wood charcoal factories in Palembang City. 

Safety

We are flexible on payment term, we can accept payment term as below :

• L/C at sight 100%.
• L/C usance 60-90 day (quantity order should be not less than 50 container / month).
• Down payment after proforma invoice and balance payment after copy document.
